Our management services ensure the most efficient operation of the Hotels under our management, reducing costs and maximizing income through a dynamic management strategy.
Like any business, a hotel is like a complex machine composed of many parts. It functions optimally when each of those parts runs in harmony with the others. This is best accomplished when the organization as a whole is maintained by those with experience as well as integrity. Sunnyseeker Hotels manages the numerous sides of each property from finding the right team members to targeting the right guests. Our hands-on approach guarantees an open and accessible relationship with our clients.
We have already added a variety of well-established privately-owned as well as Branded Hotels in Cyprus to our portfolio and look forward to broadening our spectrum and welcoming more hotels to our group.
FEASIBILITY
STUDIES
Feasibility studies ascertain the economic viability or the suitability of a location or market for a project. Our studies provide the potential Investors with an ideal decision basis for the development, financing or operation of a Hotel.
Our feasibility studies include a variety of work steps which enable us to evaluate historic trends and project the future competitive supply of and demand for hotels in the specific area. An inspection of the site and surrounding area determines the suitability of the proposed hotel.
Feasibility studies that we have provided for various hotels have already been implemented and have proved to be functionally correct and are furthermore approved by, amongst other accounting companies, the ‘Big Four’ audit firms as well as various banking institutions.
PRE/RE OPENING
HOTEL SERVICES
We have an extensive experience on all areas of Hotel development and can provide unique services, tailor made to each project and carefully designed to meet its individual needs.
The pre/re-opening phase of a hotel is both a big challenge and a great opportunity. We ensure that the promotion of the hotel begins as soon as construction/renovation has begun and that there is a constant flow of images and information through the various stages of construction to keep people updated and draw their attention on the progress using specific and appropriate media outlets.
We assist owners/investors to develop hotels or transform existing properties into profitable hotel operations. We support and advise them throughout the whole development cycle, from the initial idea to the opening of the property.
Having already successfully handled the pre/re opening of many hotels in Cyprus including Branded Hotels, we are confident in our skills and abilities and welcome the challenge of taking on further projects.

Mr. Marios Polyviou studied Accounting and Finance and is a member of ACCA. He has extensive experience in Real Estate Investments and has created and managed investment companies in several different countries. In 2012 he created Sunnyseeker Hotels which has now become one of the leading Hotel Management companies in Cyprus.

HADJINICOLAS
General Manager
Mr. Antonis Hadjinicolas studied French Philosophy at the University of Sorbonne in Paris and further continued his education at Centre International Glion in Switzerland, obtaining a Diploma in Hotel Management. He completed his training at the Movenpick Hotel in Geneva and has continued to gain over 32 years’ experience in the Hotel Management industry in both Cyprus and abroad.

MICHAELIDES
Group Food & Beverage Manager
Since receiving his hotel management diploma, Michalis Michaelides has acquired almost 40 years of experience in the hotel industry in various roles. He has served in the F&B industry and also worked as a General Manager in multinational companies operated in international airports in Cyprus, Greece and Asia. During his career he has gained the experience to create a company and to coordinate its project management and operation. He has also managed various fine dining as well as casual dining restaurants, both branded and unbranded, custom-made restaurants and fast food establishments.

Andreas Potamitis
Group Revenue & Yield Manager
Andreas Potamitis began his hospitality career by studying at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland. He went on to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of departments, including Revenue, Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Events, Human Resources, and Culinary. Each role deepened his industry expertise while refining his leadership and communication skills. A strong analytical mindset is one of his key strengths, allowing him to quickly identify opportunities, assess risks, and anticipate potential challenges. Over the past 18 years, his dedication has fuelled continuous professional and personal growth, nurturing a passion for excellence that opened doors to roles with some of the world’s most prestigious companies. His career journey has taken him from Cyprus to Switzerland, the United States, and the UAE, with each destination offering exposure to world-class practices and contributing to significant career milestones.

Group Operations Manager
Mr. Makis Nicolaou studied Hospitality Management and Business Administration and has been in the hospitality industry since 1998. He has extensive managerial experience in the hospitality industry in Cyprus as well as abroad. Mr. Nicolaou is responsible for all the company’s Hotels Pre-Opening and ensuring that the highest quality is provided in all establishments.

Data Protection Officer
Ms. Anna Christodoulou studied Public Administration at the Panteion University of Athens. She is the Data Protection Officer of Sunnyseeker Hotels and is responsible for data protection under the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which was recently adapted by the European Union.

Head of Accounting Department
Mrs. Maria Angeli has been working as an accountant in the hospitality industry since 1984 and joined Sunnyseeker Hotels in 2013. She is in charge of the preparation and analysis of all accounts for all the hotels under the management of our group.

SHEHERLI
Personal Assistant to the CEO
Mrs. Maria Sheherli has been Mr. Polyviou’s Personal Assistant since 2001. She studied Business Data Processing and has an Associate Degree in Computer Science. With an extensive knowledge of the organization, she provides administrative support and coordination whenever necessary and ensures the CEO’s day runs smoothly.

Personal Assistant to the General Manager
Mrs. Maria Zannettis is the Personal Assistant to the General Manager of the Group and has been with Sunnyseeker Hotels since the very beginning. Maria has worked in the tourism industry since 2001 and has experience in both aviation and the hotel sector. She assists the General Manager with his daily workload.
