Since receiving his hotel management diploma, Michalis Michaelides has acquired almost 40 years of experience in the hotel industry in various roles. He has served in the F&B industry and also worked as a General Manager in multinational companies operated in international airports in Cyprus, Greece and Asia. During his career he has gained the experience to create a company and to coordinate its project management and operation. He has also managed various fine dining as well as casual dining restaurants, both branded and unbranded, custom-made restaurants and fast food establishments.
