Feasibility studies ascertain the economic viability or the suitability of a location or market for a project. Our studies provide the potential Investors with an ideal decision basis for the development, financing or operation of a Hotel.
Our feasibility studies include a variety of work steps which enable us to evaluate historic trends and project the future competitive supply of and demand for hotels in the specific area. An inspection of the site and surrounding area determines the suitability of the proposed hotel.
Feasibility studies that we have provided for various hotels have already been implemented and have proved to be functionally correct and are furthermore approved by, amongst other accounting companies, the ‘Big Four’ audit firms as well as various banking institutions.

Mr. Marios Polyviou studied Accounting and Finance and is a member of ACCA. He has extensive experience in Real Estate Investments and has created and managed investment companies in several different countries. In 2012 he created Sunnyseeker Hotels which has now become one of the leading Hotel Management companies in Cyprus.
Mr. Antonis Hadjinicolas studied French Philosophy at the University of Sorbonne in Paris and further continued his education at Centre International Glion in Switzerland, obtaining a Diploma in Hotel Management. He completed his training at the Movenpick Hotel in Geneva and has continued to gain over 32 years’ experience in the Hotel Management industry in both Cyprus and abroad.
Group Operations Manager
Mr. Alexandros Alexandrou joined our company as the Operations Manager at one of our prestigious hotels. Due to his perseverance, he was then promoted to General Manager of the resort and now holds the position of Group Operations Manager. Mr. Alexandrou believes that hard work is the key to success!
Hotels Opening Manager
Mr. Christos Kyriakides is a hospitality executive on a corporate level of expertise, trained in Switzerland and gained his experience through different managerial roles in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He is fluent in English and Greek and has been repeatedly selected for high-profile projects of hotel chains. In June 2017 he repatriated to Cyprus after 18 years abroad and he was assigned the opening of Radisson Blu Hotel, Larnaca. He is now the Group’s Hotels Opening Manager working closely with project managers and owners.
Head of Accounting Department
Mrs. Maria Angeli has been working as an accountant in the hospitality industry since 1984 and joined Sunnyseeker Hotels in 2013. She is in charge of the preparation and analysis of all accounts for all the hotels under the management of our group.
Head of Sales & Marketing
Mrs. Magdalena Kritikou studied German Language and Philosophy at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens in Greece. She is fluent in four languages and her passion for travel lead her to a different career path and now has over 9 years of experience in the Tourism Industry. Under the supervision of the General Manager, she helps develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our group.
Head of Reservations
Ms. Maria Elia studied Hospitality Management and has been in the Hotel Industry for over 35 years. She is responsible for Front Office Operations and Executive Housekeeping but also ensures smooth processes and high compliance in terms of guest relations. Ms. Elia has been with Sunnyseeker Hotels since 2013.
Data Protection Officer
Ms. Anna Christodoulou studied Public Administration at the Panteion University of Athens. She is the Data Protection Officer of Sunnyseeker Hotels and is responsible for data protection under the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which was recently adapted by the European Union.
Assistant Sales Executive
Ms. Elena Zezou studied Mathematics with a field in Physics at the University of Ioannina in Greece. Under the supervision of the General Manager and the Head of Sales & Marketing, she contributes information, ideas, and research to our group.
Personal Assistant to the CEO
Mrs. Maria Sheherli has been Mr. Polyviou’s Executive Secretary for over 17 years. She studied Business Data Processing and has as Associate Degree in Computer Science. With an extensive knowledge of the organization she provides administrative support and coordination whenever necessary and ensures the CEO’s day runs smoothly.
Personal Assistant to the General Manager
Mrs. Maria Zannettis is the personal assistant to the General Manager and has been with Sunnyseeker Hotels since the very beginning. Maria has over 18 years’ experience in the Tourism industry and assists the General Manager with his daily workload.
Sunnyseeker Hotels – Radisson Hotel Group
Sunnyseeker Hotels has been a partner with Radisson Hotel Group since 2015. With two properties already in the portfolio, the recently opened Radisson Blu Hotel, Larnaca and the under development Radisson Beach Resort Larnaca, the partnership aims to develop a range of exciting opportunities across Cyprus increasing to six hotels in operation by 2025.
